@AnnaPettican@MovingOTs Agreed! I meant as a practitioner there is very little research relating physical activity to occupational performance components. Thereβs lots out there on the wider determinants of health but not in relation to OT
@lizdry I am starting to write a piece on this! Physical activity can be negative for some and itβs important we are aware of the boundaries and implications it can have on a wide spectrum eg - swimming pool chlorine exacerbating eczema, CFS, eating disorders etcc
