@Lizzy___Anne Thank you! Should I name specific theories? Or just talk about my thinking around psychology during the experiences? I think to name drop would take up a lot of the characters as one experiences uses multiple theories/approaches?

I feel [very strongly] that teachers should be a part of EHCP annual reviews. It makes sense for the SENCO to be a part of it and chair it but the teacher is the child’s main adult and should be present too.

I didn't get the assistant psychologist job. 3rd rejection. I have taken each one harder and I am so disappointed. Had my cry and now I'm going to try and have a night of self-care to remind myself that it is ok and I just have to keep going✨ #twittereps #assistanteps #selfcare
