@Dyson ordered dyson airwrap on 30/12, due 3/01 - nothing turned up. Was then told delivery either 7/01 or 8/01 but still not even dispatch email or tracking number. Customer care staff laugh down the phone and say not their problem. Money has been taken from my account. Help?
