Carnivore Diet… Before and After 😳
10 months in and I feel brand new! I feel more healthy and have more energy than I did in high school! I’m down 50 pounds, went from a XXXL to MEDIUM, no brain fog, I never feel lazy or sluggish, my mind is sharp, and my skin cleared up!
Carnivore has changed my life! 👏🏼
How has it changed yours?
Carnivore community I need some help!
I was on strict carnivore for 1.5 years, I felt better, stronger, and healthier than I ever have in my life. I kept a steady blood sugar level the whole time but I started getting heart palpitations and low energy at some points in the day. I didn’t understand it because I was really good with staying up on my electrolytes. I decided to come off carnivore and switch to low carb 😒. I’ve been doing that for about 6 months or so now and STILL I’m getting bad heart palpitations, STILL I’m taking electrolytes.
Can anyone tell me what I’m missing? What minerals or vitamins I am lacking? What caused it in the first place? I still eat about 75% carnivore but I notice that maybe when my blood sugar is low that those palpitations come and it’s uncomfortable and draining. I don’t want to go to the doctors and just have them stick me on medication. I wanted to reach out to you all first… maybe someone can guide me in the right direction. I miss being 100% carnivore
I’ve found a trick for bacon. This is the only way I make it.
One pot, yes a pot
Cut into fourths
Over medium heat
No splatter. No mess. Perfect bacon every single time! Don’t forget to save that liquid gold!
The brain does NOT need carbs! Nor does your body! It’s one of the biggest lies out there.
I have managed to lose 70+ pounds and feel the best I’ve EVER felt with absolutely no carbs in sight!
Fat + Protein are essential. 🧈🥩
Are there more women carnivores than men?
I was having a conversation the other day, and I believe it might be true. Although the carnivore diet is often portrayed as a “manly” lifestyle in most circles, I’ve found that I actually know more women who follow it.
What are your thoughts?
I don’t cook chicken very often while living a carnivore lifestyle… normally this would gross me out 🤣 but today I’m like ehh… 🫠
Would seeing this turn you off to chicken?
