विषय: पति व सास-ससुर द्वारा झूठी शिकायतें दर्ज कराकर घर से निकालने, दहेज/स्त्रीधन उत्पीड़न, गंभीर घरेलू हिंसा तथा थाना काकादेव पुलिस की निष्क्रियता के संबंध में।

महोदय,

सविनय निवेदन है कि प्रार्थिनी विजयेता श्रीवास्तव, पत्नी शालिन श्रीवास्तव, निवासी: कानपुर नगर (ससुराल में विगत 10 वर्षों से स्थायी रूप से निवास कर रही है) अत्यंत पीड़ा व न्याय की आस में यह प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत कर रही है। मेरे पति शालिन श्रीवास्तव, सास पुष्पा श्रीवास्तव तथा ससुर सुरेश श्रीवास्तव मुझे व मेरे नाबालिग बच्चे को अतिरिक्त दहेज न देने और स्त्रीधन न सौंपने के कारण घर से निकालकर पति की दूसरी शादी करवाना चाहते हैं, जिसके लिए मेरे बैंक खाते बंद करवाकर मुझे आर्थिक रूप से पंगु बना दिया गया है तथा शारीरिक, मानसिक व यौन उत्पीड़न किया जा रहा है। 12 अगस्त को पति चाकू लेकर मुझे जान से मारने आया था तथा 10 सितंबर को बच्चे की ट्यूशन अध्यापिका व घरेलू सहायिका सुमन के समक्ष पति और सास ने मेरे हाथ पकड़कर घर से निकाला, तलाक की धमकी दी और भारी प्रिंटर उठाकर मुझे मारने का प्रयास किया। पति द्वारा मुझे निरंतर 'मोटी' कहकर बॉडी शेमिंग की जाती है, बच्चे की एक आंख न होने के कारण प्रताड़ित किया जाता है, पति घर न रहकर होटलों में समय बिताता है, कॉल नहीं उठाता तथा बाहरी व अनजान व्यक्तियों से गंदे फोन करवाकर धमकियां दिलवाता है। ससुराल पक्ष अपने अधिवक्ता नातेदार (राजकुमार नशित श्रीवास्तव, हाईकोर्ट) के साथ मिलकर कानून का गलत इस्तेमाल कर रहे हैं; सास-ससुर वरिष्ठ नागरिकता का नाजायज फायदा उठाकर मुझ पर झूठे आरोप लगा रहे हैं तथा मेरे कानपुर स्थित ससुराल में रहने के बावजूद धारा 9 व अन्य मुकदमों के नोटिस जानबूझकर मेरे लखनऊ (मायके) के बंद पड़े मकान के पते पर भिजवा रहे हैं ताकि मुझे विधिक प्रक्रिया से वंचित रखा जा सके।

इस गंभीर उत्पीड़न के संबंध में मैंने पूर्व में आई.जी.आर.एस. (IGRS) पोर्टल पर संख्यावार निम्नलिखित शिकायतें दर्ज कराई हैं:

इसके अतिरिक्त, मैंने थाना काकादेव में दिनांक 11 अक्टूबर 2026 को प्रार्थना पत्र दिया तथा दिनांक 13 अक्टूबर 2026 (मंगलवार) को पुलिस आयुक्त (कमिशन्रेट कार्यालय) कानपुर नगर में शिकायत दर्ज कराई, परंतु थाना काकादेव पुलिस द्वारा कोई ठोस कार्यवाही न कर केवल टालमटोल किया जा रहा है।
अतः आपसे नम्र निवेदन है कि थाना काकादेव पुलिस को मेरी व मेरे बच्चे की जान-माल की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने, दोषियों के विरुद्ध दहेज उत्पीड़न, स्त्रीधन छिनैती व घरेलू हिंसा का मुकदमा दर्ज करने तथा ससुराल पक्ष द्वारा दर्ज कराई गई झूठी शिकायतों की निष्पक्ष जांच कर त्वरित कानूनी कार्यवाही करने का आदेश प्रदान करने की कृपा करें।

Learn from Jews, you are the richest community in USA but behaving like cry babies.

They have internet access, order clothes online, and wear outfits for Garba during festivals and return them?

How disgusting is this behaviour?

Imagine the seller receiving these clothes back, the next customer unknowingly buying them, and the cost of such behaviour being passed on to everyone else.
