Pune-based Burger King wins 13-year Legal Battle against Global Giant.

The lawsuit was filed by Burger King Corporation, represented by Pankaj Pahuja, against Anahita and Shapoor Irani, the owners of M/s Burger King. Their well-known restaurant operates in #Pune’s Camp and #KoregaonPark areas.

The multinational company sought damages and a permanent ban on the use of the name “#BurgerKing” by the Iranis.
