Tried to get tickets to see @beastieboys MikeD in London with the idea that tickets were on sale today at ten. Logged in at ten and yep, sold out. How? @26leakestreet…. Very very shady.
#nflshop won’t honor a return with tags and paperwork even for store credit. I tried to initiate the return on Christmas but was given an error message due to their error. I initiated it after Xmas and they denied my return. #nflshop.com has lost me as a customer
Haven’t used @Xfinity for almost 2 months after cancelling and moving overseas si imagine my surprise to have a $50 charge and a threat to be sent to collections in my email @XfinitySupport was not helpful at all. Won’t take a phone call from me from overseas but will take my $$
Love hotels when they say your room isn’t ready but for $50 you can have your room. So do you have rooms ready or not? Why is $$ the key to a clean room? Paid $15 for early check in (45 whole minutes early) so we could rest only to get to the room and keys don’t work #linqvegas

@bestwestern Inverness. Not my favorite. Not sure where to start but perhaps with the shampoo bottle I battled (and lost) or the complete lack of air circulation in the room?
@bestwestern Inverness. Where to start? Group trip with family and they gave the nicer room to our kids (who are not paying for the trip), the shampoo in the shower didn’t dispense and there is zero air circulation (no a/c obv in Europe). Should have just stayed at a local place

Love when you book a hotel through a third party that the hotel absolves themselves of any issues when it comes to their booking policies with the third party and they expect you, the customer, to deal with it. Another reason we won’t be staying at the @Kimpton again
