One session with my new therapist and I said how I really loved nannying but I just feel no one will want to pay me what I want/need and she said “write that down, we’re gonna work on that imposter syndrome. You’re a woman with a degree”
Oh girl I love you already 🥲🥲
I am truly so much more cognizant of my personal belongings when I’m drinking. Like I left my phone in a public restroom a few days ago stone sober.. but drunk? I have a mental checklist everytime I leave the bathroom
Does anyone else feel like they grieve the lives they’ll never live? Like I love my life, a piece of me has always wanted to settle down and have a family and do what I’m doing currently. But there’s other parts of me that I’m like what if I had moved away after college? -
What if I’d pursued a completely different career path? Or traveled more? Idk maybe it’s bad for me to get into the what ifs. Normally I don’t, but every so often a voice is screaming in my heart for those other pieces of me that never got to exist.
