@IndiGo6E I had travelled from Bengaluru to Mumbai on Sunday and had recieved a 'token' for being a healthcare worker. And now my flight ( PNR OG5UML ) gets preponed without any proper notification. On calling customer care they said they can't do anything about it. ( 2/n )

@IndiGo6E My flight from Mumbai to Varanasi 6E 5378 was preponed from 5 PM to 10 AM today (Monday) and I didn't even get a call for this last minute changes. Let alone call, I got the email at 9:50 PM on Sunday night and text msg at 1:50 AM on Monday. (1/n)

@IndiGo6E My flight 6E6621 from mumbai to mangalore got 2 hours delayed and still counting. Left a very important function to catch this flight and now regretting my decision of choosing indigo. Extremely disappointed.
