HOW TO SET A BOUNDARY:
1. Set the boundary at a time you’re not emotionally activated
2. Clear communicate boundary. Ex: “I’ll need you to call before you just drop by because I’m not always available.”
3. Allow the person to respond however they choose
4. Hold the boundary regardless of reaction
5. Show yourself compassion and learn to sit with the guilt and fear (it’s scary at first.)

One Father's Day, when I was 9, my Dad asked me to hop in the car.
We drove to an elementary school. It was Sunday at 11 am. Inside the gym, cigarette smoke filled the air as three dozen adults milled about.

Had a repairman over for a quote, and as I was explaining the issue, my husband walked in, and suddenly the repairman couldn’t see or hear me. But that’s okay, he had a nice conversation with my husband and I hired someone else to do the job.
Listening to the AntiVaxxers reminds me of playing blackjack and watching someone at your table with 16 explain why they won't hit against the Dealer's Ace or Facecard. The table's response when the dealer turns a 5 or lower is pretty much how Vaccinated America feels right now
I wonder how our medal totals would be if we had an exclusionary immigration system which we have had for the last few years. My heart swells for all of our medalists, including those whose families have come from far off lands to love our country.

They're also less likely to get hired—and it hasn't improved over time.
It's 2021. When will we stop punishing dominant women for violating outdated gender stereotypes?
You forgot to mention that gas prices are the same now as they were in June 2018. Or that this time last year unemployment was 11.1% -- today it’s 5.8%.
@POTUS agrees families shouldn’t pay more at the pump – that’s why he’s opposed to GOP proposals to raise the gas tax.
If you think people getting $300 in unemployment is freeloading, wait 'til you hear that Amazon, Walmart and McDonald's get billions in government assistance through Medicaid and food stamps to subsidize their employees' low pay.
Their combined profit: $40 billion a year.
4 things: 1)Motherhood comes in all forms. Giving birth is not a requirement. 2) Neither is sacrifice. Be an example of power and joy — not martyrdom. 3) Not everyone wants kids. Stop asking when. 3) But if you do have kids? EVERY damn day is mother’s day. ❤️
