Tomorrow will have been one month since I started trying to resolve an issue with @StubHub. Eric H. Baker is their CEO. Like who the hell runs a company like that? I still never got my tickets sent back nor did StubHub refund me my money.

Another update…Even though they sent me an email saying they would reverse the fee, I woke up this morning to yet another attempted charge for $500 from StubHub. I still am waiting for a manager to call back. I’ve been waiting on that call since April 7th. It’s May 1st.

All I can say is never sell tickets on StubHub. They offer no protection or guarantee that you will get your product back if a sale is canceled. Now I’m out my tickets & StubHub is trying to charge me $500 and the best part? StubHub says I am not entitled to a refund.

Update…even though I have an email showing that they will reverse the fee, I woke up to a $500 fee charge on my credit card. And they also refuse to refund me the tickets. They refunded the buyer, but he kept the tickets and I’m out the money.
