@Rulf_Foxton I need everyone who still doesn't to understand this: you're allowed to both feel bad for Jax and chastise him for his actions. This is the healthier approach, imo
I love you Jax, but the audacity of him making Ragatha promise to not talk about Ribbit anymore after he caused her abstraction, when we know that Ragatha was also close friend with Ribbit
I know you were hurting, Jax, but... damn. I feel bad for Ragatha 😭

And this isnt me saying furina didn't deserve it but, you would think it would be a consistent thing across the board especially to the antagonistic faction
I really like the idea of cyn/the solver using tessas voice against the others because it just adds to how far she'll go to torture them, same when the solver used nori against uzi
@deanslei for me its not personality its more of the fact how they downplay their crimes that upsets me; its okay to justified evil characters actions, its not okay to downplay those actions like bina is fine it make senses why but shes still an accomplice and that should be acknowledged
To be honest, the only reason I kept playing this game was because I was so excited to get to Snezhnaya, to see all the Fatui Harbingers and especially after the Lazzo I knew they were going to be great. Instead we pretty much got a nothing-burger. Their personalities 1/?

Never getting over how sad Sun Yee looks the first time we see her, now all of her daughters reject her blessing. And she accepts it, she makes it easy and immediately shows Mei how to get rid of it
it's so crazy that the core theme of one of the most beloved games in the fire emblem franchise is just "some people are fundamentally better than others bc of their genetics"
And this isnt me saying furina didn't deserve it but, you would think it would be a consistent thing across the board especially to the antagonistic faction
The fact that furina gets punished for her actions in the archon quest unlike the 2 female harbingers who have done more crimes narrative wise makes genshin have some double standard on morality
i'd like to speak on sandrone's characterization. this isn't meant to be hate towards anyone who enjoys her writing, but it's an analysis of why i personally believe it shows a significant change in writing direction and i don't think that change was executed particularly well.
I always get sad when I remember that Sonnet, the only Moon Sister whose sixth sense told her the First Descender was bad news from the very beginning, was the one who experienced thousands of years of torture because of the Abyssal corruption
But I also found it interesting how-
