I'm unable to log in to the Airtel Thanks app and have already raised a complaint. The status of my service request is supposed to be checked in the app, but the app itself isn't working for me. This is a very strange and frustrating response.

@GATIKWEIndia How long? Initial assured Dly. Dt : 28'th May. Later updated to 7'th June and after 9'th June. Compliant registered on 4'th June and still, your team needs time to escalate.
