@CodeWithPraveen Always try to understand the underlying intention for the behaviour. Develop a hypothesis and keep testing the same. If it seems like a hindrance, always discuss and highlight in 1:1

Many times, it's just either their concern for the product or lack of context to the team.

This morning, (it's Monday) a few team-mates connected with me, they were concerned about how their role will stay relevant once AI will be mature enough.

Trust me it was highly uncomfortable, comparing an AI and Experienced and skilled human! I was just in search of words.
