finally just by myself, and finally writing this goodbye.

i felt, from the first year i was here back in 2019, 2023 was the year i was able to connect more with people from this fandom, making myself feel even more immersed in it. from joining the fan events for yibo’s movies to flying to jakarta to celebrate xiao zhan’s birthday, there were such lovely experiences, being together with those who also love the ones i love, it made everything feel more real, it really coloured my life. and im grateful to have been welcomed so kind and nice.

ironically, this year was also probably the year i was scolded by other cpf the most. sometimes, of course, even with the best of intentions, i could probably do some wrongs and mistakes, those i could admit. and yet, some may still talk. and those who want to hate can do so too. that’s okay, i don’t want to use the time to try to change people’s thought of me. for 2024, i want to listen to my own thoughts and opinions more, i want to love myself more, just as xiao zhan said. i know the reasons and intentions behind my actions and that is enough. and i leave the regrets of 2023 behind and shall not bring them to 2024, just as what wang yibo would do.

the goals for 2024 are to love more, to give more, to be kinder, to be better and better, along with the two lovely men, wang yibo and xiao zhan, who are the reason im still here for the fifth year.
