"Putting aside all the very creepy things they are saying around this, the thing they want to avoid talking about is the real reason people aren't having kids.

It's a simple reason, and it's probably the reason for most of the problems in our society right now: income inequality is so vast that most people in this country do not have the means to support children.

They can barely afford their own housing and their own food, and now we're expecting them to have a whole bunch of kids.

People don't have money, and the people in power are too afraid to admit it because they are the ones extracting that wealth from the people and causing those problems."

Tennessee just erased its only majority-Black district, paving the way for a 9-0 Republican congressional delegation.

Florida, Alabama, and Louisiana are following suit.

The playbook is simple: pretend race has nothing to do with it while systematically stripping Black communities of representation.

One Tennessee lawmaker was asked if he knew Memphis is predominantly African American.

His answer: “I am not.”
