@premomfertility I'm sorry but you need to do better than this. This is not just a bug, it's somebody successfully using your service to send phishing notifications. We need to know what happened and how you are making sure it doesn't happen again.
@xxTonixx @premomfertility Received a very low-effort email saying that the notifications were caused by "an error" and that they fixed it "immediately", which definitely isn't true. I sent them a long thing in response about the value of transparency and respecting your customers.
@xxTonixx @DavidAShepp@premomfertility They replied to my review saying basically "it was fixed immediately, don't worry about it". They never replied to my support email and are clearly not being transparent. Not impressed.
@DavidAShepp @xxTonixx @premomfertility Nope. I'm not even American. I would assume someone got a hold of their notification credentials and they're just spamming people with common bank names.
