All views my own.
I have a crazy idea to start writing a book tomorrow. Just something short, maybe 20k.
I can't tell you what it's about... because I have a crazy idea to just draw Tarot cards and wing it a chapter at a time.
The experiment intrigues me more than what would come out.
If you're a big fan of the #scifi photo #comics of the 80s and 90s, you should check out my friend's #graphicnovel, The Chefs of Death
It's a very fun homage to the Eagle comics strip, #doomlord, & currently seeking backing on KickStarter

@TheSpinoffTV Seeing the replies here reminds me of why we are all moving to BlueSky.
I've really loved your news, one of the few sources which isn't a paid RW broadcasting tool. And see how much hate there is because just ONE such outlet exists. π
@jessiegender@TeamYouTube I've logged into Twitter after seeing your item on YouTube, and hoped this had a better resolution than this.
So sorry that YouTube seems to be so opaque and unhelpful with it's content creators.
@DiannaLGunn Ugh. I too sit in "natural" positions which I only realise later, hurt.
My favorite is the dead foot because I've twisted and hooked my foot around the back of my chair.
@SarahKateIshii I had to have a magic system with limitations. Just enough that people would welcome science as more reliable. Mainly as I wanted a world to match Restoration Britain.
@eschaubz I have suffered depression on and off for 30 years, and have friends who've had it too.
A common theme from us is it gets easier to recognize that bad as it gets, it's a cycle we have been through before. To know there will be better days ahead.
@DiannaLGunn But the issue is that rich people keep pushing the narrative "you people just need to pull yourselves up by your bootstraps. Have you tried NOT being poor?"
Talking now how burnout has been an issue. In recent years many roles are covering for a lack of people and that creates strain.
I'm hearing this a lot...
