Delightful when you take a day off work for your bed delivery and @BensonsForBeds delivery men hop out and say ‘oh we thinks it’s got broken in transit’ and the bed you’ve paid & waited for can’t be delivered, so glad my new mattress is now tossed on the floor with no new date 🤬
