@Verizon @VerizonSupport there are too many options for me to have to deal with poor customer service or lack of resolution. When places like @neimanmarcus drop the ball, they are quick to resolve in the best interest of the customer.

@Verizon says when it’s been 72 hours since an item arrived at the store it’s canceled if it’s not picked up. Now they are saying I have to pay for a new order. But the iPhone was NEVER delivered to the store for pick up…if it was I was never informed!

I think @Verizon is running a scam. I ordered an iPhone 16 on Thursday 01/08 with in store pick up. I received an email saying that the item was “on the way” and had shipped on Friday 01/09. Customer service says that the item was canceled because it wasn’t picked up.
