A new report published by WHO reveals that 8.2 million people were newly diagnosed with Tuberculosis in 2023 – the highest number recorded since WHO began global TB monitoring in 1995. In 2022 TB infection was reported 7.5 million, in 2023 the number rose to 8.2 million.
