@BoltFood A ridiculous level of service. I ordered delivery to my home, yet the food was left in a communal lift, which is completely unacceptable, unhygienic, and insecure. Unsurprisingly, the order appears to have been taken by someone else, and we have received no food!

@post office Heathrow T3 in WH Smith. Visited this post office as we had to post a few things and we needed a box, tape etc which unfortunately they didnโt have the right size box however the lady who served us really went out of her way to help us. Excellent service, thank you

@londontheatre I have DM you only to get an insulting response! Do you think itโs appropriate to give anyone a 2day window when ill to try to rebook tickets when you wouldnt even offer a full refund for something genuine? You must be the only company who offers nothing if youโre Covid positive
@londontheatre 3 days after my DM and still waiting for a response. Are other customers experiencing such a poor service from @londontheatre. Terrible service is an understatement!
