After Paul was beaten (nearly to death) in Jerusalem (Acts 22) and before he was carried away to prison, he took the opportunity to preach the gospel to those who were condemning him. Never allow your present circumstances to take your eyes off an eternal mission.
The gospel flows out of us when we live empowered by the Spirit everyday. The message of the gospel NEVER changes, but it’s delivery through us changes dependant on the person or situation. We are merely called to be the willing vessel, God determines the delivery.
When going through trials, we have 1 of 2 options - endure the trial w a victory mindset or a defeated mindset. Even if u can’t see breakthrough YET with ur natural eyes, quiet confidence & trust in God helps you to see victory with your spiritual eyes. Choose your response.
If you hear a voice over your shoulder talking about your biggest failure or mistake and it isn’t calling you ‘beloved,’ it isn’t Jesus talking.

Sometimes we’re putting pressure on people to keep us fixed, keep us encouraged, keep us complimented. Let them off the hook. They’re not your savior. You have a Savior. Go to Him and not to people.
One of the most memorable moments of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's #RoyalWedding was the address delivered by the Most Rev. Michael Bruce Curry. https://t.co/JtHAlQXKH8
