Another New Year and our third kidneyversary. In 2023 find time to chat to your loved ones to #ShareYourWishes and to #LeaveThemCertain the update on our story is only possible because of the brave #giftoflife of our organ donors and their families ❤️❤️
24 years ago a courageous family enabled Richard to make more memories thanks to them agreeing to #OrganDonation. 3 years ago another family enabled Richard to continue making precious memories with his family following his second #KidneyTransplant ❤️

London please help. I’m praying for a miracle, I’ve just got into the office and noticed my mums locket (in all these photos) that I wear every day has fallen off my neck on my walk in. My mum died when I was seven and her jewellery is most of what I have of her. I’m devastated
This is a horrendous situation and disturbing thread to read. My thoughts with Jane, Cat and her family.
Sadly other than potential legal action it's very tough to know what can be done. It is possible to try to raise emergency situation with Ombudsman but that's unlikely to resolve much at the speed needed.
Hopefully the publicity a situation like this can and should get will put pressure on the insurer to review its decision.
1. I don’t often tweet about my personal life, but on 1st November, my mum Jane was hit by a large vehicle as a pedestrian in St. Louis, USA. She suffered a severe brain injury & remains in a coma in hospital.
Here's Jane & me in happier times.

@GoodFinanceUK @WeAreJunoCIC delighted we were able to support this and hoping this will be the inspiration for more new models of public service delivery where impact and not profit are the key drivers in supporting our most vulnerable young people.
