The moves really weren't that complicated today. It's putting them together and keep moving that exhausts.

Goal 1 reached. Go through the first session. And don't stress over modifying.

Today I started a workout. Oh my. It was a doozy. I've been away from workouts for far too long.

First, this one uses a step. Have I told you how clumsy I am on my two feet? Imagine that and add a step. 🤦‍♀️ I know. I took the legs off to start close to the floor...

after I started. Because I always start strong then realize how weak my muscles are these days.

All went good today. No tripping over my feet or the step. I did move slow and took breaks. But I worked through it.

Tonight I need caffeine. So I'm mixing with Butterscotch Chai black tea.

I used two liquors I picked up at @wanderingspiritspa in Ligonier in tonights drink.

Apple Black and Apple Dumpling cream. Mmmm.

I have 🐕 Zeba and her agility classes and trials, I have the 🫖 tea business with vendor events and parties, and 💑 friends have gatherings. All while working a day job too.

You'd think I'd sleep 💤 good at night. 😴.
I think I'm in a great point of my life. I'm having fun! 🧚‍♀️

Before my son expanded his wings 🦅 and took what we taught him to take on the world on his own, I didn't know what I was going to do. Since he was born he was by my side and his activities were my activities. I was there cheering him on and loved watching him grow to be

Now... I have my time. And...I've filled it with all sorts of activities of my own!

I should have known I would do that. I'm excited to see my son excel and live. I'm also living and doing. (I think my husband might be tired of being on the go so much. 😆)

Cookie Dough Pu'erh with Sweet Chocolate matcha. 😋 One of my favorite mixes.

This one's for Sam Schërff. I didn't wash my hair this morning. However, your beautiful curls were gone. So I added a few back in.

I wasn't so sure we'd walk this morning when I went to bed. I took the dogs out and there was loads of lightning. A storm was rolling in. As soon as we got in, it started.

The way storms have been lately, they go all night. But I got up and it was clear. So out the door we went.

Arrow needed the walk. I think he would have kept going if I did.

1.52 mile in 24 minutes. That seems to be our usual these days.

The dogs will have to play more and I'm hoping evenings will be nice to let them run next week,

And if watching calories... 25, with half a cup of almond milk. 😲

I love this! It's mind blowing 🤯 how much I e cut by making my own drinks at home. And I get to pick my flavors to mix. 🧚‍♀️

I'm back to the Holiday themed tea this morning.

Milk & Cookies. But, I've added to it. Sweet Chocolate matcha added to the mix to make it a latte with almond milk.

I think I'm getting use to this chilly weather. 😆

It was chilly out this morning, but it didn't feel as cold as it did last few weeks.

Now, with my luck, it'll drop even more in temperature and I'll have to work to get use to that. 🤦‍♀️

Zeba was feeling photogenic this morning! Look at her smile. I just have to remember to take the timer off of the camera because she gets bored waiting for the snap. 😂 Me...I never know what I'm doing or where the camera is pointing with the quick click.

I wanted to try matcha. 🍵 If I loved it, I'd dive in to be a Sipologist. I'd been looking for a part time job I could do from home w/vet bills& increasing costs.

Needless to say, I loved matcha and I couldn't wait for my planned date to join. 😆 Im having a blast with the teas!

Fast forward about 5 to 7 years later. I never forgot the taste. And I was bored with the flavors at the grocery store, they were missing something for me.

I searched for Sipology, because I kept those empty bags so I knew the name of the company.
