How many people go to work and are hit, kicked etc on a regular basis? I see it daily. So no, if an EA quits they can't be replaced. Then what happens to the kids who needs one?

@TorontoTeacherX @Sflecce Not sure how many principals pressure their staff to do extra curricular, I have never felt pressure myself. We have a sign up sheet at the beginning of the year and everyone signs up for whatever extras they prefer. Parents expect extra curricular and are disgruntled otherwise.
