@DunelmUK @Hermesparcels Had a parcel left outside even though at home (no knock). It was left by the bins in the rain so box got soaked. Item inside was velvet with no protective plastic cover. Not sure what is worse - unsuitable packaging or bad delivery

@rickygervais This is a long shot but as a dog lover I'm hoping you can help. We've a gorgeous 1yr ridgeback pup who has a mystery condition that no vet, specialist or holistic vet can fathom. Do you know anyone that might be able to help? We're at a loss as to where to turn next

Yet SL NATIONALS who are desperate to return home after being stranded for months can only use special SL Airways flights...we can't afford CRAZY UNFAIR high costs

How and why is this allowed??

@qrsupport This isn't true - you cannot reissue or change ticket date. I've had a 3rd flight cancellation now. This time for this Tuesday 2nd Feb and I URGENTLY need to change flights. I have DMD my details, please can you help ASAP

@qrsupport I have DM you URGENTLY regarding flight cancellation LHR>CMB on Tuesday and ticket rebooking request for SAME DAY - this MUST be confirmed ASAP as we have PCR tests pending and need to return home for URGENT medical attention. Thank you

@qrsupport what the actual hell???? You cancel our flight AGAIN!!! MY in laws have been stuck in UK for nearly 7 MONTHS!!! they just paid £240 for PCR test today and now you cancel for the 4th time!!!! WHY?! They need to get home to Sri Lanka for medical care urgently!!!!

If PCR test needed 72hrs before travel does this mean 15:05 on Sat 30 jan onwards? OR does it mean 72hrs before check in (which would be about 12-1pm), so we could book test at 2pm on sat 30th and it be valid? Thnx

@raj221003 @qrsupport It's strange that the website hasn't been updated as it would save both them and us time and stress. Thankfully someone actually managed to help change flights by DM...so we are now booked and can finally get home.

@qrsupport this is RIDICULOUS! you say mange flight changes online but it's not an option, i have to call. The lines are TERRIBLE and when it finally starts ringing it disconnects...3 times!!! We NEED TO RETURN HOME BEFORE OUR VISA EXPIRES - HELP US!

@RoyalMailHelp Urgent help please. 48hr parcel with medication in it was sent to wrong office in error only next town away, due Sat. Was then rerouted all way back to London. Why? Can't get through on phone. Will it be delivered today? it's URGENT MEDICATION. Thanks
