This creates anger and dissent in the hearts of many causing a revolution. Then the poor overcome their opponents and usher in democracy that promises the people an equal share of freedom and power. But the failure of the state to educate its people causes demagogues to be elected.

Once the state gets into chaos caused by the ill informed and intentioned individuals, the people demand order and whoever delivers the greatest lie becomes the people's champion, i.e the autocrat.
