Some type of HE munition is fired towards the house and bursts, having hit the high-tension power lines/pole. The lines then arc in the debris/smoke as you can see the arc traveles down the lines from the impact point at the exeact same speed as the smoke drifts along the lines and in the same formation as the smoke.

The commentor is suprised they hit the powerlines.

Training - she has not had the level of training or the correct competency barriers to ensure she was prepared for this nightmare situation and she has performed to the level she was programmed.

There are consequences she will need to face. Their are opinions that dont matter and there is a department that needs to be held accountable following a RCA on who is blocking the cops from getting the training they need.

In this day and age with the knowledge we have on training for high stress environments, some one is accountable for negligence.

Sound a lot like the pharisees - your so busy pointing and accusing, forgetting what you should actually be focusing on. Your Jesus you profess to follow would be shaking his head at your spite. Miss interpreting scripture to fit a negative, hate mongering agenda.

Got a good man linched with this rhetoric! Judge a person by their works, not by the things you dont understand.

And what are their works? Preaching and teaching of christ, incredible humanitarian effort. Any bad stuff? They have money from tithes? Thats biblical. They have more scripture? Sounds biblical. They have done more for inter-faith peace and harmony than most while being un-apologetic and bold in what they stand for. Sounds familiar.

This is the dilemma with video training. Its impractical and does not allow for real world critical thinking / flexability. In most countries, necessity, proportionality and immediacy need to be considered. Was it necissary to stay there or could you have moved to better cover or withdrawn? What other options were available befor going lethal. What would be the response to drawing at the low ready and giving a verbal warning. All can be conducted much cheaper in reality based scenario training.

Rangers after riverine operations with their collection of fish traps, nets and dug-out canoes. Annual fishing bans are enforced to allow fish populations to replenish so the communities can have sustainable fishing opportunities. In many areas, the fine nets, usually made from mosquito nets handed out by the thousands by do-gooder NGOs, are completely banned and a never ending up-hill battle due to their devastation on fish breeding and juveniles.

Trappy Tuesdays - Re-Purposed mosquito nets used for catching small fish in the wetlands. Found in the hundreds with devastating effect to breeding schools of fish. The need for conservation education and community livelihood programs far outweighs the need for law enforcement. The United Nations and NGOs passing these nets out also need an education on reality of what they are doing! Water - Nets that dissolve in water, perhaps?
