New Zealand has become the first country to legalize bitcoin as a replacement for the country's sovereign currency on worker's paychecks.
Retweet this tweet so every nation state sees what is possible when you embrace innovation 🙏🏽
This is why all the bullshit about bringing the country together after no-deal won’t work: Nobody who actually loses their job or business is going to sit back and say ‘ah well, it was worth it to keep the Tory Party together and for my blue passport I can’t afford to use’.
We’ve been working hard over the last few months at @Disberse as we continue to build and test a new kind of financial institution for aid. It’s great to be able to share an update via @Forbes. Thanks to @nicholasgfearn for the feature —> https://t.co/l3WGOm6kWZ
#MyJobMatters is tomorrow! We're looking forward to sharing #socent staff stories across social media, to show the difference that people of all roles are making as part of the movement. It's incredible easy to take part - find out how >> https://t.co/3f3q0s4bQs #socentcareers
Er, not exactly.
As an NHS doctor, what I don’t want to see is the price for patients of a UK-US trade deal being sky high prices for US drugs.
Trump, as you’ll know, has explicitly sought this.
£210 for a phial of insulin currently costing the NHS £20?
Not on my watch.
@crypto__mak Jeffrey Wernick agrees with this in this video. Like saying 'if you can't beat them, join them'. To get trust back in #banking, #philanthropy, #Government how do you even start? A trustless ecosystem removes the need for that time and effort

Interesting to see opinions on #Blockchain from #SeniorExecs and #CEOs across the globe are considering how to embrace this #technology, and see it as an
essential business development.
@DeloitteInsight An interesting thought! In an interview, Jeffrey Wernick said the reason he wanted control of companies wasn't decision making, but good governance & having board members with opinions they would voice. Even more important in rapidly evolving tech firms!

@livethelifetv I was watching a Jeffrey Wernick interview & he was agreeing with this. He has some concerns about STO's saying if the first few don't go well it will lead to negative public opinion about them, & less investors later. Are your thoughts on STO's similar?

@ABrandron Very true! Jeffrey Wernick said in a recent interview that although he didn't like much about working on Wall Street, he loved the avid commitment there was to training. Investment in yourself and your staff is key- and served him well with early investments in bitcoin, uber etc!

We will keep saying it until this Administration treats all families fleeing violence with dignity and respect.

Love this initiative to help #business in #Bristol grow. Thriving businesses are essential to any #community- to build professional networks and personal relationships, we all need something to connect us. I am following this with interest, but I'm sure it will be a great success
What do I love about #timebanking? The ethos is simple- we all have something to give, and we can all give equally. It's a truly #humanitarian approach to #philanthropy. Great to see it getting the recognition it deserves, well done to those involved
Bank of America’s CTO says they haven’t found a single use case for blockchain in finance.
They have filed more patents for blockchain than any other bank though.
Either they are confused, lost or lying!! 😂🤷🏽♂️
