You look different when your nervous system leaves survival mode. The eyes brighten. The face softens. The aura expands. Cortisol drops, inflammation calms, and you get prettier. That’s what regulation does. The body stops reliving old timelines and begins shifting into a version of you that was always there, just waiting for safety. 1/8
You didn’t lose the love of your life you lost a parasite that was draining the life out of you. Narcissists aren’t soulmates; they are predators in disguise, and understanding this is crucial to your healing. The person you saw at the end of the relationship is EXACTLY who they TRULY are.
Their true nature was hidden behind a facade of charm, charisma, and manipulation. They lured you in with false promises, fake emotions, and a convincing act. But underneath it all, they were feeding off your emotional energy, chipping away at your self worth, and eroding your sense of self.

@27HILL_ That would be me. Both are predators and you’re telling on yourself. Your brain is trying to normalize your behavior so you can keep thinking you’re ok. You’re not—you’re a predator. Live with that reality weak mfker.
A lot of you men are PREDATORS. You believe you’re not because you’re not dragging women into a bush. You think you’re a good guy. In reality, you plot on women you’ve been watching from a distance. Presenting false version of yourself to get intimacy. Predatory.
