Took 24 minutes to cancel my @Xfinity account, 1.5 minutes to get out of the menus, 2 minutes on hold, and the rest was spent arguing with the rep about why I wanted to cancel the account... hmmm could it be the level of customer service?
Spot on as an EV owner I'm consistently seeing more "renters" confused and frustrated at charging stations desperate for help. Travelers are increasingly being offered an EV without explaining the charging process effectively and they aren't all as tech savvy as Tech Brew
