@SW_Help We've booked an SWR train from Waterloo to Exeter for Sunday 3rd Dec. It looks like our train isn't running & other trains are sold out. Is our ticket eligible for any other journey that day? It says 'tickets not available' for all fares. Or are we eligible for a refund?

@CrossCountryUK Our London Waterloo to Exeter Central service on Sunday 3rd December was cancelled. Are we able to use our ticket to go onto a Paddington to Exeter service instead? The Waterloo trains are sold out and the others are overnights. What do you advise we do?

@British_Airways My husband and I are going on our honeymoon delayed for several years. We wanted to sit together, we've been seated separately & when he tried to pay at least for the seat behind me, it keeps going to an error page, on multiple devices. Very upset - please help!
