@LGUSSupport I contacted LG via phone on October 24th. My fridge is leaking inside (filter) and underneath NON STOP. Also, my fridge is not cooling. I was assigned a technician who still hasn’t shown up… can’t even get in touch with him. THIS ISSUE HAS EVEN RUINED MY WOOD FLOOR!
