@NJBeisner If you are referring to black men between 18-35 it's probably less than 6%. I've heard that stat before but had trouble finding it. Either way it's a tiny fraction of the population that commits 90% of crime. White men in that same age group are self deleting at large numbers.

@arthurwatkins He's saying pandemic money from this city shouldn't go to reparations. I think there are good arguments for reparations but you also have to understand that if we keep spending our money is worth less and less. I think land over time would be an interesting conversation.
