@thamesclippers after waiting in brutal heat for 20 mins to secure a place, our boat was over 30 mins late, we don’t have a seat (even though you “guarantee” one), & don’t feel safe as no one is enforcing masks & many people aren’t wearing them. Would like a refund at a minimum.
