@PatsKarvelas It's not just the right wing opposition that concerns me. Have seen a few flyers re invasion day protests that are also calling for treaty before indigenous voice to parliament. This has the potential to further confuse voters and play into the no campaign.

@dave__whiteside Or towel under my knees. He knew not to offer me pain relief as it can unconsciously undermine my confidence - I had to ask. He made sure that the towel on my forehead regularly was wet with fresh cold water. He 100% understood labour was all about ME and not him! Good luck! X

@dave__whiteside Came with me to a class run by a yoga instructor that discussed the importance of not wasting energy in between contractions. He would remind me to have "piano fingers after contractions rather than gripping the rail. Looking for pressure points - if I was kneeling, put a pillow
