@ThatNgonGuy I think it also helps to remember you can split 6 sides into both two and three polys and maintain quads, if that’s important to the goal or flow.

@ThatNgonGuy Auction houses can be quite useful for references, as you can find antiques that aren’t super polished, and the photos tend to be comprehensive. For firearms, I often end up with Rock Island Auction.

@NotSoSmolBirb @IronlilyS The wimple is the close fit piece that covers the neck and head, and the veil is the piece over that that covers the top of the head and flows to the shoulders.

@odd_enough Those Ngons at the start of the slot are the ones I wish ZBrush would let me do! I always have trouble with transitions like that.

@odd_enough I’m silly and do most of my modeling via ZModeler in ZBrush… no modifiers or n-gons for me 😂🙃
