Don’t bother contacting B & Q customer services. Have now spent several hours on the phone, trying to raise a complaint about the appalling service I received. Was told they will phone me back, they don’t. Was told refund would be processed, it wasn’t.

@bandq_help What is the point? I have spent hours on the phone since Wednesday, trying to get this sorted. I have been told several times that my refund was being processed. I have been told several times that I would be called back. None of this has happened. B & Q sold me a faulty product

I have just discovered a Vue gift card I had forgotten about but it is two weeks out of date. I think Vue gift cards are ridiculous in giving an expiry date of 12 months. Very unfair - I have now lost all the money on it.
