Heavenly Father,

I come before You with a humble heart. Thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy. You know every burden I carry, every fear in my mind, and every desire in my heart.

Lord Jesus, fill me with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Give me strength when I am weak, courage when I am afraid, and wisdom to make the right decisions. Help me to trust You completely, even when I cannot see the way ahead.

Forgive my sins, renew my heart, and guide my steps each day. Protect me and my loved ones from all harm. Let Your Holy Spirit lead me in truth, love, and faithfulness.

May Your promises give me hope, Your presence give me comfort, and Your grace sustain me through every season. I choose to place my life in Your hands, knowing that You are always faithful.

Thank You for Your endless love and mercy. I come before You asking for Your grace to cover my life today. Give me strength where I am weak, peace where I am troubled, and wisdom where I am unsure. Help me walk in kindness, humility, and faith.

Forgive my mistakes and renew my heart. Let Your favor go before me, open the right doors, and guide my steps. Fill me with hope, patience, and joy.

We spend far too much time looking down—usually at our phones. Doomscrolling. Checking headlines. Scanning social media. And the more we scroll, the heavier we feel. Anxiety goes up. Hope goes down.

But Jesus gave us a completely different perspective. In Luke 21 He said, “When these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”

That’s powerful.

When the world feels unstable…
When culture seems dark…
When the news cycle never stops…

Jesus doesn’t say, “Panic.”
He says, “Look up.”

Why? Because God is still on the throne. He has not surrendered His authority. He has not abandoned His people. And Romans 8:28 is still in the Bible:

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”

Notice it doesn’t say all things are good. It says God works all things together for good.

So maybe the answer isn’t another refresh of your feed.
Maybe it’s a reset of your focus.

Less scrolling. More Scripture.
Less anxiety. More prayer.
Less looking down. More looking up.
