Fantastic first day back to school. School transport taken away from my children so relying on service bus which hasn’t turn up, having to drive them so they’re not late for school. Thanks a bunch @rctcbc Appreciate @Edwardscoaches1 have stepped up but relying on this now

@tfwrail Bus replacement service from Pontyclun to Cardiff today absolutely joke. Been waiting an hour and a half for bus to turn up, 3 went past, all going to Bridgend. Conflicting advise from drivers. Please provide clear advice in future, especially leading up to Christmas

@tfwrail Hi Nia, a bus has picked us up now from Bethal stop. Previous driver who stopped was going to Bridgend and advised us to wait opposite Windsor pub at entrance to station. Another driver going to Bridgend advised us to wait opposite Lewis Street at Bethal stop
