Okhmatdyt, one of Ukraine's largest children's hospitals, suffered significant damage in Kyiv as a result of another Russian mass missile strike on Ukraine.

I urge all countries and international organizations to strongly condemn today's strike, take immediate steps to strengthen Ukraine's air defense capabilities and reject any appeasement of the murderer of children and other civilians.

Overnight, Russia launched an attack on Ukrainian energy facilities, damaging power generation, transmission and distribution systems in various regions, including Ukraine's largest hydroelectric power plant, the Dnipro hydroelectric power plant in Zaporizhzhia.
