This is a reminder for those who have forgotten that for most of human history, the Christians were the ones destroying culture, beauty, and history, not the ones defending it. This take is the historic stance of the church.
I love this post: it verbalised precisely why I cannot take Rook seriously. As a protagonist Rook is written poorly. If you build the whole narrative of protagonist being a foil to antagonist, then actually commit. Otherwise it feels not genuine
