I was 100% @Delta for almost 20+ years. They were the leaders and their hubs fit my schedule. I rarely use them or any airline unless it’s absolutely necessary. Years ago the lounges fell off and remind me the perks of staying in a budget hotel. In the past 5 years, flight issues and service have me now driving more. If I can drive to a meeting in under 10 hours, I hit the road. No lines, no wi-fi, delayed flights, baggage issues, etc. Money is not the issue, it’s peace of mind.
