@cityofcalgary I called 311 again today and I was told to wait 7 days for the escalation. I thought it was a joke, but the agent also said I need to be home for that, but they not telling a specific day or time, plus when they show up they won't necessarily call me. Really?

@cityofcalgary I called 311 on Sunday about dead rabbits in my backyard. I was given 24 to 48 hrs to be picked up but they are still there. I guess my tax payers dollars are not worth it. Do I need to do that myself and be at risk on getting infected with that virus?
