It would be so fire if Claude & Codex were be able to estimate cost of a task before large run -> eg. this task will roughly cost you 30% of your weekly usage -- continue?

Trying to use Fable 5 again. Seems like everytime I try to get the model to code it auto switches to opus 4.8. What are we supposed to use it for then? Am I missing something? Security guidelines are so strict idek what I can use it for w/o it auto switching.

No phone line, AI chat bot is trash and now is stuck in an infinite loop of referring me to a live agent that has yet to answer ( it's been 3 days i've been in queue) and no one has answered over email.
