Life Changing Viewpoint. 🚨
As the first millennial based on Wikipedias definition, I can say I caught the last couple years of decent times. I remember being 18 and quitting McDonald's to start a construction job with no skills and hardwork. The job immediately paid 2× minimum wage! On the first day! A buddy of mine got lucky and became a Baggage Handler at the Airport on got 3× minimum wage. We saved money on every paycheck and bought houses, unfortunately I bought later and got a old dump but I still did it.
Today I see young guys already in mid 20s better than I was, with tools and skills not even making 2× minimum wage. You need double minimum wage to start life and triple to buy a house.
In 2005/6 when I bought my house I made 3x minimum wage. Today after years of experience I make less in real terms. Sure number go up but it buys less. You can only get ahead based on how much value you add compared to the least valuable work you can do in society. Jobs shouldn't give dollar based compensation rate but rather pay in X rates... like this job pays 2.3X minimum wage and raises would be 0.1 X or whatever, then you know in real terms what you are earning compared to the least valuable thing you could do.
When I had no skill I could go to Midas and get an oil change in exchange for 1 hour worked, today I need to work 2 hours even after years of school and experience.
I have started opting out of the governments broken system and entering crypto instead. Good Luck my Frens!
BTW... comming home from Mexico 🇲🇽 our Baggage was delayed that Sunday night and it was told to me this is normal as they can't find people to work Sundays. It turns out they don't even 2x minimum wage anymore. Also fun fact, my job in 1967 paid almost 4x minimum wage! Today 2.5x, Oh what a life for the boomers. When hard work had value!
@Ate_Bit_Dave and I took a tour at @ShrugDoc vineyard! We learnt about grape growing in my, had laugh and of course sampled some delicious wine! Check out my short video I made detailing a few highlights! Can't wait for next year's tour.

#grapeharvest 2023 🍇 is today. @MelyssaMerlot started days back filling the fridges. Today we will press them all for juice. Tomorrow time to start #wine! I don't know anyone else growing grape in a climate this cold, we border Zone 2&3. I call us "❄Hoarfrost Vineyards🧊".
@SushiSwap curious on your position on #Hex ? One of your competitors decided to ban the token for trading. Despite it not having a day in court yet. Do you ban tokens?
If any #Hexicans could retweet as to help get a reply. I feel homeless on Eth now. I'd like a new one.
