ندعو قيادة المنطقة الشرقية وقوى الأمن الداخلي إلى التحرك فوراً ضد المرتزق الشبيح حسين الحسو من قرية العامرية، والذي كان ولا يزال من مؤيدي نظام بشار الأسد، وارتبط بالبعث حتى آخر لحظة. هذا الشخص المعروف بسجل قريته في السلب والجرائم وتجارة المخدرات تحت غطاء البعث، هاجم اليوم رموزنا الكردية في دوار الزوري بقامشلو.

نؤكد أن هذه الشخصيات هي المسؤولة عن الإضرار بالمجتمع وترويج الفتنة لأسباب مشبوهة، ويجب محاسبتهم واعتقالهم فوراً وضمان عدم وجودهم في المنطقة مجدداً.

كما نؤمن أن قوى الأمن الداخلي وقيادة المنطقة الشرقية ولواء قامشلو سيؤدون مهامهم في ملاحقة مثل هذه الحالات ولن يسمحوا بتكرارها..

I recently spoke with @POTUS and @SecRubio, and I very much appreciate their efforts to bring stability to Syria. It looks like President Trump’s efforts have paid off, at least in the near term.

The Trump Administration is engaged, ensuring stability replaces the chaos that they inherited. I would encourage regional partners to reinforce President Trump’s message that we need stability not fighting. Secretary Rubio is very much hands-on in that effort.

Neither the region nor the world needs another bloodbath in northeast Syria. To President Trump and Secretary Rubio: well done.

Congress stands ready to help maintain stability and to push back against regional players who harm America’s interests by moving against reliable allies like the Kurds. Saudi Arabia is uniquely positioned to have influence on the Syrian government, and I hope they will exercise it for the benefit of the region and all concerned.

Thank you President Trump for your leadership.

As previously stated, I am trying to work with the administration and regional partners to prevent a bloodbath in Syria against our Kurdish allies. It is now time for the region to change their ways and man up for decency.

To Saudi Arabia: I have tried to work hard to chart a new path for relations between your country, the United States and the region. I have tremendous respect for many of the changes that have been embraced. However, the Kingdom’s attack on the United Arab Emirates and their silence regarding the Syrian government’s constant assault on the Kurds has to change. Please understand that I am smart enough to know that Saudi Arabia has influence on the Syrian government, and I expect them to use it to keep the region from falling further into chaos.

To Saudi Arabia: Thank you for your attention to this matter.
