@JagexAsh Thanks, I've tried @'ing nearly everyone over the last few years with no luck. Even posting on Reddit. I know you guys get millions of tags/tweets. Just odd a first time Macro ends up being Major and Perm... 8k hours lost, infernal, quest, diary, music, max? capes gone.

@JagexSupport Perm Ban first time offence 8,000+ hours nearly maxed w/ all capes 17 pets. It's been two whole years and I'm unable to perfectly explain the situation with a small amount of characters. I've since maxed one other acc and maxing a 10hp currently... Pls hear me out..

@RipperRooOSRS @OldSchoolRS I’ve played for nearly 20 years. It’s not the $1.50 it’s the fact we are paying close to WoW membership and we still don’t have an actual Customer Support. We are forced to rely on 90% of their automated systems and have to resort to Reddit or Twitter in hope that it works lol.

Can you shed some light on this? Haven't had a response for over two years, acc was full green and gets hit with a MAJOR perm ban I was using a 3rd party client but only for certain HD plugins. This is a maxed main with 8k+hours
