There’s something about travelling, the absurd joy and privilege of being able to see more than almost all humans who’ve ever lived before now.
If you think about it deeply there’s enough there to reasonably cry tears of joy about the opportunity.
I saw someone at an event recently wearing a T-shirt that said "Don't talk to me about AI I will kill myself", I laughed at them and they said "don't do it! I want to live."

I do a lot of cat herding for volunteering oriented community events & it’s amazing how you start developing an intuition for who is going to be a pain in the ass.
Combination of wishful thinking & powering through.
Often for Men it doesn’t really help to sit in the difficulty - powering on is the only way forward the majority of the time.
Sure, feel your feelings, though there are few and far between spaces where that’s sage & encouraged.
If your boss hasn’t taken credit for your work in front of you before then you’re simply not making yourself useful enough.
You’re not being generous enough.
Everyone’s jobs should depend on you.
